Ayshea, there truly are not enough words to express how amazing you are.  From the very beginning you have been an absolute pleasure to work with and you are very talented at what you do.  The most important thing was how genuine, kind and lovely a person you are and our chats always made me feel happy and excited because you always cared about everything.  I am really going to miss our regular chats but we will definitely keep in touch with you. Your work is flawless and as a result our day was simply magical.  It exceeded our expectations a million times over and this is evident in all our photos where we simply cannot stop smiling.  You recommended the most amazing amazing venue to start with (the Swan at Shakespeare’s Globe), followed by an amazing list of suppliers – your recommendations were fantastic and you have clearly built up fantastic working relationships with your contacts. If you want someone to plan your wedding and who will ensure that your day is everything you dreamed of and more then Ayshea Donaldson of My London Wedding Planner is the person for you. We are so delighted to have found her and can’t thank her enough.

My advice to all brides is to choose your wedding planner wisely!! Your wedding planner will be the most important person during your wedding journey. She will be a source of knowledge, a shoulder to cry on, a problem solver and if you’re as lucky as I was she will even become your friend. Wedding preparations are the most stressful moments a bride can have and with a perfect partner in crime (your wedding planner) you will be able to make all your dreams come true. Without Ayshea my wedding would not have been the same. She ensured that every moment was perfect and stress free. Thank you for organising the wedding of the year!! Hi Ayshea, It’s so hard to capture everything you did for us in just a few sentences as you did so much!! What can we say about My London Wedding Planner except for Ayshea making the whole experience such a pleasure, and so easy. We always knew it would be challenging organising a wedding whilst living in Australia and getting married in London but hiring Ayshea to help us was one of the best decisions we made!  Everything from choosing wedding venues to knowing some of the very best suppliers in the business, Ayshea coordinated everything perfectly to make our day so unique and special.  Nothing was ever too much trouble for Ayshea and she never made us feel like getting that one extra quote was ever a problem for her, being so calm and considerate to cater for everything we envisaged and wanted on our big day.  Ayshea, thank you so much for being there for us throughout the planning stages and then being absolutely amazing on our wedding day! You were there whenever anyone needed you, you coordinated everyone and so many people commented to us how lovely you were and how much a special day you had helped us organise. We miss our ‘early morning – late night’ Skype chats since our day has been and gone but, we’ll never forget the massive amount of time you put into our wedding, we can’t thank you enough, and we won’t forget it.

Ayshea is a naturally happy and confident person which is so important when you’re planning a wedding. Every conversation was fun. The word stress didn’t enter our wedding planning. She helped source the fantastic venue, liaised with all our suppliers and acted as a real sounding board on many ideas so I felt more confident about my own decisions too. We’ve been on quite a journey with Ayshea this year that started with a late venue cancellation, but ended with a wedding that was more fabulous than we could have dreamed. And that was because of Ayshea. She did everything from finding the venue at the beginning to making sure the guests could get home at the end of the night – and all things in between! She’s everything a wedding planner should be – organised, calm, well connected, an expert trouble shooter with some great ideas, but Ayshea does it all with an extra injection of humour and fun which made the whole planning process so stress free for us. Nothing was too small or ridiculous. Ayshea was always enthusiastic, supportive, and great with coming up with suggestions and/or contacts to make our ideas come alive! We were demanding, specific and not always great with responding to emails on time but Ayshea stood up to the challenge with her ever present smile and her regular prompts. We enjoyed the months in the run up to our wedding which by most accounts is the most stressful time. There were still a few things that needed to be actioned but Ayshea, you made it easy with your non-intrusive clear reminders. Other than the project-managing party planner hat, at one point Ayshea was resolving potential conflicts like a seasoned diplomat and suggesting last minute suppliers peeled from her magical black book (a new tailor, videographer etc). Navigating a rowdy bunch such as our lovely guests and making sure everyone had a night they wouldn’t forget in a hurry takes pure skill! Job well done! Your help was much appreciated. Brilliant Wedding Planner! Ayshea made our wedding vision come to life! I don’t think we could have had a wedding without Ayshea’s help. When we decided to plan everything in 12 weeks, she found the perfect venue and all the vendors within a few weeks, always considering our budget. She is always positive and helpful and has definitely surrounded herself with a reliable network of vendors who are a pleasure to work with.
